Refund & Returns Policy

At Aadi Anant Overseas, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure every product you receive is as expected. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy is here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

Note: Some categories (like jewellery, personal care, or perishable items) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene/safety reasons.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us via email or phone within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide order ID, reason for return, and clear images/video of the product

Once approved, we’ll arrange for pickup or ask you to self-ship depending on your location.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the product is received and inspected

  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Opened or used items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Products beyond the 48-hour return window

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping only

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per above terms

6. Exchange Policy

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges

  • You can return the product (if eligible) and place a new order

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), return shipping is free

  • If returning for any other reason (not our fault), you may be required to bear the return shipping cost

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product does not meet the above conditions.
